Current Training Times

Tuesdays

U6– 11 Age Groups 5pm – 6.30pm

U12–U17 Age Groups 6pm – 7.30pm

Thursdays 

ONLY U12–U17 Age Groups 5pm– 6.30pm 

WHAT TO BRING TO TRAINING

Athletes should always attend training with the following items

  • One water bottle (2 in the older age groups)
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen applied
  • Correct footwear
  • Towel (in the U13 & up age groups for stretching excercises)
